Role Overview

As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to understand their needs, provide expert advice on our safety products, and ensure they have a seamless purchasing experience. You will play a crucial role in building lasting relationships with our customers and helping them make informed decisions to protect their loved ones and workplaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Handle inbound calls and inquiries from potential and existing customers.
  • Product Knowledge: Provide detailed information on our range of safety products, helping customers make informed decisions.
  • Sales Conversion: Convert inquiries into sales by effectively addressing customer needs and demonstrating the value of our products.
  • Customer Support: Offer exceptional post-sales support, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
