About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic sales team at Total Steel of Australia (Perth) as an Internal Sales Representative. This full-time role based in Welshpool WA 6106 will see you playing a key part in the company's commercial operations, providing outstanding customer service and driving sales growth.

This Role is also open to Entry Level candidates with the right attitude and aptitude to learn and progress.

What you'll be doing

• Responding to inbound sales enquiries via phone, email and online channels
• Providing expert product advice and guidance to customers
• Preparing and processing customer orders and quotes
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Identifying and capitalising on sales opportunities to meet and exceed targets
• Coordinating with the wider team to ensure efficient order fulfilment
• Providing administrative support as needed

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, ideally within the manufacturing, construction or industrial supplies sectors
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a professional and consultative manner
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
• A positive, enthusiastic and resilient attitude
• Competence in using CRM and other sales-related software
