About the role:

As an Inbound Sales Associate, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls from existing and new customers representing and promoting a wide range of client products and services guiding customers through their journey to secure long-term relationships in line with client and company require to meet KPI and sales targets.

Operational hours - Monday – Saturday – 8 AM – 8 PM (Rotating Roster- Any 8 hours)

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience in a sales (contact centre, direct sales, retail, etc)
• Excellent communication skills
• A passion for sales and customer service
• A great attitude and a willingness to learn
• A desire to work in a fun and supportive environment
• A knack for problem-solving and thinking on your feet
• An Australian/ NZ Citizenship or Permanent Residency or a Temporary Resident visa with at least 1-year full work validity and unrestricted working rights
