About the role

Felton Industries is seeking an enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Silverwater, NSW. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and exceptional customer service and responsiveness, working in a full-time capacity from our Sydney office.

What you'll be doing

• Proactively contacting potential customers to generate new sales opportunities and closing orders over the phone and online
• Delivering outstanding customer service and building strong relationships with clients
• Handling inbound and outbound sales calls and inquiries, providing product information and tailored solutions as required
• Achieving individual and team sales targets through effective selling techniques, process and stakeholder engagement
• Accurately documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed sales records
• Collaborating with the wider team to identify and capitalise on sales leads
• Staying up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends and competitor activity

Who we're looking for

• You have previous experience in an Inside Sales, or selling in a call centre role, within the B2B sector
• You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence customers
• You have excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills to handle customer queries effectively
• You have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• You are proficient in using salesforce.com and relevant sales tools
• You are adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• You have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, every day.
