The City of Wanneroo is undergoing exciting growth, and we're looking for a passionate and dynamic Coordinator of Organisational Development to help shape our workforce and culture. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and implement culture and change management strategies
- Champion equity and diversity across the organisation
- Collaborate with teams to enhance workforce planning, talent management and employment entry and upskilling pathways
- Manage and report on learning compliance
- Drive the development and delivery of our induction and training programs
- Oversee the roll-out of a new performance and learning management system
- Develop leadership programs and opportunities that empower and grow our leaders
- Lead a dedicated team that shares your passion for people and progress

Ideal candidates will have:
- A relevant tertiary qualification (HR, Organisational Development, Psychology)
- Experience designing and delivering learning and development programs
- Expertise in leadership development, talent management, and organisational frameworks
- A track record of leading diverse teams and navigating change
- Strong communication and advisory skills
