About the role
This is an amazing opportunity for a customer service star to join our team! Our team is growing, and our staff are being promoted so a new opportunity exists!

This role is based in our warm clinic space in East Brisbane, which provides a mix of NDIS and private services. You will work with a fabulous team of administrators, psychologists, social workers, positive behaviour support practitioners and support coordinators (approx. 25 staff).
What we are looking for
- We're seeking someone with a background in customer service excellence! You may be working in an administration role, in retail, hospitality or hairdressing - we can train the right person who has the passion we are looking for!
- A great problem solver with a can-do attitude
- Ability to connect with and support everyone who calls and visits us, relationships are key!
- Excellent data entry and computer skills
- Organisation and prioritisations skills
- If you've worked in a clinic or practice before, or understand the NDIS that would be amazing, but not essential
- Ability to work 4 or 5 full days per week
What you will be doing
- Providing excellent customer service to clients by being the first point of contact on phone and email, including management of Hively administrative email inboxes
- Scheduling and organising client psychology appointments
- Data entry of patient information and accounts with a high level of accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Coordinating new referrals with our Team Leaders and practitioners
- Collaborating with patients and stakeholders (e.g. NDIS Support Coordinators, Doctors offices, parents and families)
- Processing payments through Medipass, Medicare and Tyro
- Updating and maintaining client records in our CRM (Splose) and in the NDIS portals
- Assistance with general office administrative tasks including keeping the lolly jars full!
