Our client is seeking an Administration Assistant to provide essential support across multiple departments, ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations.

About the Role
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety and thrives in a fast-paced setting. You will assist with production coordination, finance and administration tasks, and business development support, working closely with internal teams to keep everything running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
This role supports multiple departments, ensuring smooth operations across production, finance, and business development through effective administration.

  • Production Support (40%) – Assist the sales and project teams with order processing, inventory tracking, supplier coordination, and maintaining production records.
  • Finance & Administration (40%) – Support invoice processing, payroll documentation, compliance, and general office administration.
  • Business Development (20%) – Help manage customer records, CRM data entry, proposal preparation, and appointment scheduling.

About You
Do you have a keen eye for detail and a knack for keeping things organised? If you’re an experienced administrator with admin tech skills, this role is for you.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or support role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive and professional approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience in manufacturing, construction, or business development environments is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., M1) is desirable but not essential.
