About the Role:
Join Our Team as an Administration Assistant! This role is 0.8 FTE (30.4 hours per week)
Park Lane is looking for a friendly, dynamic and efficient Administration Assistant to keep things running smoothly! If you're organised, detail-focused, and thrive on multitasking, we want you. With skills in finance, admin, and customer service, you'll be the backbone of our team—supporting the Business Manager and ensuring A Maze’N Things operates seamlessly. Confidentiality, professionalism, and a can-do attitude are a must!
Key Responsibilities:
Join the fun at A Maze’N Things and keep the magic running smoothly! As our Administration Assistant, you'll be at the heart of operations, handling a mix of finance, bookings, and general administration.
💰 Finance & Cash Handling – Manage petty cash, banking, invoices, and financial reporting. Keep things balanced and on track!
📅 Bookings & Guest Coordination – Oversee group bookings, liaise with schools and international visitors, and ensure seamless check-ins.
📊 Admin & Office Support – Maintain records, manage emails, support training, and assist with onboarding new staff.
📦 Stock & Systems Management – Maintain stock records, update pricing, and manage gift cards within our Venue Management System.
📂 Compliance & Reporting – Review HSE tasks, update policies, and ensure incident reports are accurately logged.
👥 Team & Customer Support – Assist with rostering, staff training, and provide top-notch service to guests and the team.
