We are seeking an experienced and organised Administrative Assistant to join our team at Becker Pumps in Bayswater, VIC. This is a part-time role, offering the flexibility to balance your work and personal commitments.
What you'll be doing
- Providing a wide range of administrative support, including data entry, file management, and document preparation
- Assisting with the coordination of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Attending to incoming emails and correspondence in a professional and efficient manner
- Maintaining and updating office records and databases including debtor's credit application form registrations
- Providing general administrative and ad-hoc support to the team as needed
- Inventory control of Melbourne warehouse
- Purchase order replenishments as required
- Assist with scheduling and monitoring of service related enquiries and jobs
What we're looking for
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in using standard office software, such as Microsoft Office suite
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work autonomously.
