About the Role

The position provides administrative support to the Legal and Insurance Services – Prosecutions team, to process a broad range of written or verbal customer enquiries, legal documents, and other associated activities.

Reporting to the General Counsel the core responsibilities include:

• Process incoming and outgoing correspondence, photocopying, respond to telephone and email enquiries, organising meetings, minute taking, liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Coordination of team calendar and meetings
• Issuing and filing of legal matters
• Undertake research and compiles statistics and reports for the team
• Process and maintains data within Shire corporate systems
• Assist in the development, review, training, and implementation of business improvements within the team as required.

About You

• Demonstrated experience in providing professional administrative services; preferably in a regulatory or legal field
• Strong organisational and management skills in a busy office environment
• Experience in MS Office products and Information Management Systems software programs
• Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and organisational ability
