The Opportunity
As our organisation continues to grow, we are expanding our Compliance team to ensure we maintain the highest standards of quality and compliance in the NDIS sector. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to join a dynamic and supportive team based in our Mooloolaba head office who are committed to delivering excellence in disability services.
As a Compliance and Auditing Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring our organisation meets and exceeds NDIS Practice Standards. This is a newly created role and we are looking for someone who can help streamline compliance processes, conduct audits, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
What You'll Do
Team Leadership & Management
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with NDIS regulations and policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance documentation.
- Assist in developing and implementing quality assurance frameworks as we scale.
- Support the team in NDIS audits and reporting requirements.
- Identify and report non-compliance issues and assist in corrective actions.
- Stay updated with changes in NDIS compliance requirements and best practices.Provide training and guidance on compliance procedures to new and existing staff.
Case Management & Client Support
- Provide comprehensive assessment and individualised case management to support participants and young people in our care.
- Develop and implement case plans that address individual needs, goals, and challenges.
- Conduct ongoing risk and needs assessments to ensure the best outcomes for each individual.
- Write Positive Behaviour Support Plans and incident reports in line with industry standards.
- Foster self-determination and active participation among individuals receiving support.
What We’re Looking For
Essential Experience & Qualifications
- Experience in compliance, auditing, or quality assurance within the NDIS, disability, or healthcare sector.
- Strong knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards and policies.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a growing team.
- Strong communication and report-writing skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and compliance management systems.
Compliance & Other Requirements
✅ Australian working rights.
✅ Current QLD driver’s licence (no restrictions).
✅ Hold or have the ability to obtain an LCS check, Blue Card, and Yellow Card.
