About the role
We are looking for a Rostering Officer to join our team and be the face of our company. This is a permanent, full-time position based at our head office in West Footscray.
- Hourly rate which will range from $33.95 - $35.50 per hour depending on experience + SUPER
- Coordinate all rostering requests in a timely manner to reflect client's requests
- Update and maintain roster changes within the system to ensure accurate information
- Liaise regularly with internal stakeholders to discuss staffing resources and any issue that affects rostering
- Keeping up to date with the range of programs, policies and procedures to be able to provide advice to support workers
- Respond promptly to consumers and staff enquiries and associated actions including redirection to Rostering Team Leader if necessary
- The ideal candidate will need to rotate between 6am to 5pm
About you
- Experience in scheduling/rostering
- Ability to work weekends and be available on call as needed (weekend rates and on-call allowance provided)
- Experience with Carelink highly regarded
- Knowledge of Disability Services and Individual Support Programs
- Exceptional customer service, along with a friendly and confident phone manner
- Self-motivated individual, with a pro-active approach, and the ability to work within a team and autonomously at times
- Possess valid WWCC and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
