About the role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Car Parking Officer to join our team in Westmeadows, VIC.
We have both Full-Time and a Part-time for 3 days per week available, you will be responsible for the efficient management and enforcement of our car park facilities, ensuring a positive experience for our valued customers.

Position 1 - Full Time AM Role - 2 week rotating roster - 500-1330

Position 2 - Part Time PM Role - 2 week roster - 1330-2200
Week 1 - Tuesday, Wednesday, Sunday
Week 2 - Monday, Tuesday, Sunday

Position 3 - Part Time AM Role - 500-1330
Thursday, Friday, Saturday

What you'll be doing

• Drive, park, and retrieve various vehicles, from small cars to larger ones, making sure each is parked safely in the correct spot.
• Follow all safety procedures and parking protocols to ensure a secure and organized parking environment for customers and their vehicles.
• Collaborating with the wider team to improve parking operations and customer satisfaction.

What we're looking for

• Strong driving skills and experience with both automatic and manual vehicles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work within a team
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently
• A valid Full Driver's license
• A current Police Check (to be obtained after the interview stage)
• Driver Accreditation (to be applied for after interview stage)
• Able to work over the weekends
