What we offer:

• A full-time job with flexible hours (also other part-time and casual positions available)
• $38 per hour($80,000 per year) - if you’re an experienced manager and hairdresser
• Sales bonus - 10% of all takings above salary costs
• 4 weeks holiday leave (additional leave can be purchased)
• Profit share of the salon by negotiation (at least 20% of the salon’s profit)
• A supportive team- you’ll never work alone!

What you'll be doing:

• Manage the salon's operations, including staff scheduling and customer service
• Provide expert hairdressing services, including cutting, colouring, and styling hair
• Bring out the best in each member of the team by setting an optimistic and results-oriented culture
• Assist with the training and development of junior stylists
• Promote and sell salon products and services to clients
• Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations
• Build the overall growth and success of the salon

What we're looking for:

• Qualified Hairdresser with a Certificate III in Hairdressing (ideally with a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment as well)
• Proven track record of leading and motivating a team well
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong time management and problem-solving abilities
• Passion for the hair and beauty industry and a commitment to staying up-to-date with trends and techniques
• Ability to work at least every second Saturday
