Role: Salon Manager + Senior Beauty Therapist.

Location: Mooloolaba and Noosa Heads Salons

We are seeking experienced Salon managers to join our vibrant salons in Mooloolaba and Noosa Heads.

If you have a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience and hold a Diploma in Beauty Therapy, we want to hear from you!

About the Opportunity

Role Responsibilities
- Provide full beauty therapy services, including:
- Full body waxing for men and women, specialising in Brazilian waxes
- Lash lifts
- Brow lamination, shaping, and makeovers
- Tinting, dye, and henna tinting

- Threading
- Spray tanning
- Wellness services such as LED treatments, infrared sauna, and skin lightening

Roster Information
- Fixed full-time roster
- Evening and Saturday shifts required permanently.
- Rotating Sunday shifts once per month.
- No work on public holidays.

Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in a salon or spa setting.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Passionate and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Diploma in Beauty Therapy (required).

Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day salon operations and services.
- Ensure high-quality services delivery.
- Maintain health and safety standards in the salon.

Expectations:

• Supervise and motivate salon staff to deliver exceptional service.
• Oversee daily operations, including appointment management and workflow.
• Drive retail and service sales, meeting and exceeding targets.
• Ensure high standards of client care and address customer concerns.
• Manage inventory, stock orders, and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

-Minimum 2 years of experience post-qualification.

-Hold Diploma in Beauty Therapy.

-Hold Diploma in Salon Management.

-Not suitable for first-year graduates, current students, or trainees.
