About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Hair crew & co' as a full-time Hair salon manager and senior stylist. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the salon, managing a team of talented stylists, and providing exceptional hair care services to our valued clients in Parramatta, NSW.

What you'll be doing

• Manage the overall operations of the salon, including scheduling, inventory management, and financial oversight
• Lead and motivate a team of hair stylists, ensuring high standards of customer service and technical expertise
• Perform advanced hairstyling services, such as cutting, colouring, and styling, to the highest quality
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior stylists, helping them develop their skills and expertise
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and legal regulations
• Actively participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a hair stylist, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
• Extensive knowledge of the latest hair trends, techniques, and styling products
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing a premium salon experience
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask effectively
• Passion for the hair and beauty industry and a commitment to continuous learning and development
• Relevant qualifications, such as a Certificate III in Hairdressing or equivalent
