About the Role
We are seeking exceptional candidates with experience in providing excellent customer care, volume data processing and preferably rostering/scheduling experience. Reporting to a supportive and down-to-earth Team Leader, your responsibilities are:
- Review client (patient) referrals through internal system, Procura.
- Attend to emails and validate information with clients via phone.
- Accurately data entry of client details into the system.
- Liaise with internal team community home care workers to validate schedule/roster.
- Arrange their intake into the relevant services.
- Send the details internally via the system (Procura) to ensure that the referral is managed and actioned accordingly.
Working in a fun supportive multi-disciplinary health and administration team, you will bring your meticulous attention to detail and data processing skills to the role.
On Offer
- up to 5 month temporary contract
- Full-time hours, Monday to Friday 7am - 3pm or 8am - 4pm
- Supportive work environment
- $30 - $34 + Super per hour
- Training provided
