We are looking for an administration whiz!

We are a boutique management consulting company based in South Melbourne, and we focus on supporting charities and other 'for purpose' organisations with our consulting and professional development programs. We also manage the development and administration of The Australian Institute of For-Purpose Leaders (AIFPL) to ensure it meets the needs of our growing membership and partnership bases.

You will be involved in nearly every aspect of what we do. Although you will have your own responsibilities, see are a small team, so a willingness to lend a hand and learn about all aspects of our operations is important...and an attraction. You will never get bored!

On a weekly basis, you will be:

  • Engaging with clients and AIFPL members
  • Making arrangements for off-site training courses and other events
  • Managing and analysing data and producing client reports
  • Creating opportunities and building new relationships
  • Assisting the AIFPL management team with membership offerings, renewals, suppliers and partners
  • Assisting with digital marketing and social media management
  • Creating service proposals and Agreements
  • Completing research and suggesting new ideas!

About you

What will the ideal candidate be like? Well, we don't have a rigid set of criteria, but if you can tick a few of these boxes, we'd like you to apply.

  • An office all-rounder who enjoys a variety of tasks and responsibilities
  • Friendly, accommodating, mature and flexible
  • Comfortable with and enjoy using software applications
  • High-level MS Office skills
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills and enjoy talking to new people regularly
  • Enjoy creating analytical reporting
  • Enjoy digital and social media marketing
  • Enjoy sharing new ideas and taking initiative
  • Knowledge of email marketing platforms and social media platform
  • Great attention to detail
  • You like to get things finished ...and well
  • Great time management and organisational skills and can work autonomously
  • And most importantly....you are willing to give and take, work hard and have a bright, positive personality!
