Location: Alstonville, NSW
Hours: 9 AM – 3 PM, Monday to Thursday
Pay: $30 – $35 per hour
Koala Tea, Australia’s first organic tea company, is looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to join our team part-time. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be comfortable making calls to prospective clients, and be able to work both independently and under supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing invoices and accounts
- Booking deliveries and coordinating with shipping partners
- Following up with clients and handling inquiries
- Making calls to potential customers
- Occasional assistance with light warehouse tasks
- Managing social media accounts
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Confident speaking with prospects over the phone
- Good written and spoken English
- Ability to work both independently and under supervision
- Previous administrative experience preferred
- Familiarity with Xero is a plus
