Your Role:

As a Data Governance Manager, you will:
✔️ Develop and implement data governance strategies, frameworks, and policies.
✔️ Ensure regulatory compliance, data security, and privacy.
✔️ Collaborate with IT, Risk, Cyber Security, and Business Units to align data governance with organisational needs.
✔️ Manage data quality, access controls, and risk mitigation strategies.
✔️ Lead training and awareness programs to foster a strong data governance culture.

What We're Looking For:

✅ Proven experience in Data Governance, Risk Management, or Compliance (4+ years).
✅ Strong understanding of data governance principles, frameworks, and regulatory standards.
✅ Hands-on experience with data management tools and technologies.
✅ Excellent communication skills to engage with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
✅ Ability to assess risks, enforce policies, and drive continuous improvement.
