About the Role:

you will play a vital role in maintaining high data standards to support the delivery of the company's Data and Analytics strategy. This leadership position focuses on process development and management, overseeing key areas such as data quality, security, and compliance across various business domains.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally to ensure data governance projects align with strategic goals and deliver measurable success.
  • Monitor and report on data quality and governance metrics, providing regular insights and updates to senior leadership.
  • Lead data quality initiatives, including data profiling, cleansing, and enrichment, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all systems and databases.
  • Develop, implement, and manage data governance policies, procedures, and standards to ensure data quality and compliance across Customer, Supplier, Employee, and Transactional Business Data domains.
  • Manage and refine approval processes for new data records and certifications.
  • Provide thought leadership on data flow processes and integration with divisional software applications.
  • Support stakeholder SLAs, track performance, and report on KPIs.

Skills & Experience:

  • A minimum of 1+ years' experience in data management or data governance roles.
  • Previous experience in the healthcare/pharma sector is a big advantage.
  • Proficiency in data management tools, cataloging software, and data quality tools.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to engage with diverse teams across all organisational levels.
  • Proven expertise in stakeholder and change management, with a focus on driving business process improvements.
  • Previous experience in data governance or data management roles, with a proven track record of success.
