The Role

You will be the key contact point for external customers, resolving their hardware and software issues, or liaising with field services staff to deliver a solution.

You will be responsible for providing technical support to both internal staff and external customers by fielding calls from customers and troubleshooting tickets raised via a centralized ticketing system by remoting into customer systems.

Troubleshooting will involve:

• Undertaking root cause analysis
• Monitoring system performance
• Delivering software patches
• Escalating issues when required.
  

Your Skills & Experience

You will have a passion for technology alongside fantastic communication skills which combine to provide excellent customer service.

In addition, you will also have:
* Degree or qualifications with strong computer skills
* Brilliant verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent troubleshooting abilities and analytical skills.
* Technical competency supporting small-medium applications.
* Can handle more than one task at a time.
