As part of this role, you will be working alongside a highly supportive and experienced admin team, including Executive Assistants, an Office Manager, and a Receptionist, ensuring a strong network of professionals to collaborate with. Enjoy 1 day work-from-home per week and unlimited flex when the CEO travels (regularly).
The Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) who has been described as an easygoing and approachable CEO who values adaptability, maintains a strong office presence, and fosters a collaborative culture while leading a fast-paced and ever-evolving business!
This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of the CEO, managing executive communications, coordinating schedules, and overseeing key business functions. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to anticipate the needs of the CEO in a fast-paced environment.
The Duties
- Provide executive-level administrative and secretarial support to the CEO and Leadership Team.
- Manage complex and changing diaries, scheduling meetings and coordinating supporting documents.
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication.
- Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Oversee travel arrangements and coordinate key events, including offsite leadership meetings.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Lead administrative functions across the business, ensuring efficiency and best practices.
- Help to organise company-wide events, cultural initiatives, and engagement activities.
The Requirements
- Minimum 2-4 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant.
- High-level communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, PowerPoint, and other business software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with changing priorities.
