As part of our commitment to industry excellence, we are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager - Operations to lead our sales, marketing, and market operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
As the Commercial Manager - Operations, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless execution of sales and market operations while driving strategic growth initiatives. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for:
Operational Leadership
- Leading and managing the Sales and Market Operations Teams to drive performance and efficiency.
- Setting, managing and monitoring KPIs to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Overseeing and reporting on the Annual Sales and Marketing Plans to meet key objectives.
- Developing and implementing training programs to enhance team capabilities, including compliance with trading rules and CRM best practices.
- Ensuring full regulatory compliance, including adherence to Waterfind’s Quality Management System and government regulations.
Strategic Leadership
- Acting as a key liaison for high-value clients, ensuring strong relationships and tailored service delivery.
- Establishing strategic partnerships with agribusinesses and other stakeholders to unlock new market opportunities.
- Contributing to executive planning and decision-making, including identifying expansion and innovation opportunities.
- Supporting consultancy and special projects to align with corporate objectives.
- Representing Waterfind in industry forums, advocating for market growth and policy improvements.
- Leading initiatives to enhance client engagement, marketing campaigns, and brand positioning.

About You
Qualifications & Experience
- Tertiary qualification in Business, or Agribusiness, or a related field.
- Proven experience leading a sales-related team.
- Proven experience in strategic leadership, operations, and stakeholder engagement within agribusiness or water management, highly regarded.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and drive performance.
- Experience in market activation and business growth strategies.
