🔹 Educating & Communicating with Patients

• Explain treatment plans, procedures, and financial options clearly and professionally.
• Address patient concerns with empathy and confidence.
• Help patients understand their treatment timeline, payment plans, and insurance benefits.

🔹 Coordinating Treatment & Surgical Planning

• Work closely with our dentists and surgical team to manage patient bookings and treatment schedules.
• Ensure all treatment plans, consent forms, and financial details are in order before procedures.

🔹 Enhancing the Patient Experience

• Foster a welcoming and supportive environment for all patients.
• Provide post-treatment follow-up to check in on patient satisfaction and recovery.
• Assist in gathering patient testimonials and feedback to improve our services.

🔹 Some front office/reception duties required from time to time
