As a Patient Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for our patients, guiding them through their journey toward their dream smile. What We’re Looking For

• Dental Treatment Coordinator Experience: Ideal candidates will have prior experience in a similar role, preferably within the dental or healthcare industry.
• Sales Experience: If you don’t have dental experience, a strong background in sales (5+ years) is essential, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Exceptional Communication: You have outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex treatments in a way that’s clear and relatable.
• Customer-Centric Approach: You are warm, empathetic, and focused on providing an exceptional patient experience.
• Organizational Skills: You can manage appointments, follow-ups, and treatment plans with precision and efficiency.
• Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to contribute to the success of the clinic.
