About the Role

As a Deal Processing/Accounts Clerk, located in Darra, you’ll be the go-to expert for processing vehicle deals quickly and accurately while working closely with our sales and accounting teams. This is a high-volume, fast-paced role where attention to detail is key!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Processing vehicle deals promptly and efficiently
• Auditing paperwork for accuracy & compliance
• Identifying and resolving errors to ensure smooth operations
• Liaising with Sales & Accounting teams to meet Manufacturer policies & guidelines
• Calculating sales commissions for Sales Consultants
• Reconciling general ledger accounts related to deal processing & vehicles
• Handling Floorplan Payables & Bailment Sales

Who We’re Looking For

• Experienced Automotive Deal Processor or Accounts Clerk
• Strong knowledge of dealership accounting, deal processing & sales commissions
• Exceptional attention to detail & accuracy
• Ability to multitask & thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of Titan DMS is a plus (but we’ll train you if needed!)
