About Us:

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Deal Processor to support our sales operations and ensure seamless transaction processing. The Role

As a Deal Processor at BYD Automotive, you will play a crucial role in handling vehicle transactions with precision and efficiency. Working closely with our sales, finance, and administrative teams, you will ensure every deal is processed accurately and in compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and verify all deal documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Ensure compliance with company policies, finance agreements, and regulatory requirements
• Liaise with delivery/sales teams, and customers to finalise transactions
• Maintain accurate records within our Dealer Management System (DMS)
• Address and resolve discrepancies in deal data
• Assist with reporting and end-of-month reconciliation tasks

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Experience in deal processing, automotive administration, or finance (preferred)
✅ Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
✅ Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
✅ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
✅ Proficiency in Pentana's ERA DMS/Microsoft Excel (preferred)
✅ Understanding of automotive compliance and regulatory requirements (preferred)
