Qualifications & experience

• Previous experience in an accounts role
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite
• Able to work autonomously and in a team collaborative environment
• Excellent time management/organisational skills
• Analysis and problem-solving capabilities
• Have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Well developed verbal and written communication skills
• Professional, trustworthy, reliable and respects confidentiality
• Ability to work flexibly within tight time schedules and in accordance with variable workload demands.
• Ability to build relationships with all levels of the organisation.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Receiving and processing incoming invoices
• Data entry and reconciliation of accounts
• Liaising with debtors and suppliers
• Manage and recover outstanding debts
• Reconciling and processing payments of weekly and monthly suppliers
• General office administration
