This highly regarded and successful property business specialise in development and construction of large scale commercial, industrial and residential properties. With offices in Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney, this fantastic business continues to go from strength to strength.
The Role
Due to several new projects and increased workflow, this organisation is seeking the support of an experienced Office Coordinator who can manage office management tasks and support the broader team with administration and coordination functions.
Duties and responsibilities include:
- Management of all reception functions
- Coordination of reports, presentations and files
- Organanisation of key team meetings
- Support to the senior EA and HR Manager
- Assist with the coordination of company and client events
- Act as a go to person for all staff and support
About You
To be successful in this role you must possess previous Administration experience, coupled with:
- Demonstrated ability to show initiative
- Strong attention to detail
- A bubbly, open and outgoing personality
- Corporate presentation
- A desire to progress your career
