An award-winning internationally renowned Australian design practice is seeking an experienced senior delivery architect to join their growing Brisbane studio. The ideal candidate will be highly technically proficient with expertise throughout the construction phase delivering multi-residential towers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the delivery of multi residential tower projects in Queensland
• Work effectively with others in a collaborative high performance environment
• Advise on construction details
• Mentor a team with thorough understanding of detail design and documentation process

Skills and experience

• Approximately 10-15+ years experience in a project delivery role
• Previous experience delivering tower projects in Australia, particularly Queensland will be highly valued.
• A solid understanding of Australian standards and BCA’s
• Capable of working in a collaborating team environment
• Self-motivated, able to lead delivery documentation and manage a team
• Revit fluent
