This role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Architect specialising in multi-residential developments, to work on a diverse scope of projects and exercise their creativity and leadership skills!

Key Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively and independently delivering across multiple projects concurrently at various stages from DD to CA
• Quick to understand and meet project requirements
• Manage relationships with key clients to ensure their brief is met
• Detailed programming, planning and budgeting of each project
• Maintain positive relationships with clients and consultants
• Efficient and effective management of staff and delegate responsibility and provide support when required
• Preparation of fee proposals and managing project fees

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 7 years of post-grad experience
• Registration as Architect (preferred)
• Proficiency in Revit is a must!
• Highly competent in Design Development, Documentation and Construction/Site Admin.
• Highly experienced in working independently on projects
• High organisation skills and time management
• Schedule preparation and report writing
• Solid understanding of BADs, NCC, BCA compliance knowledge
• Experience in Multi-residential sector
