ABOUT THE POSITION.

You will be responsible for overseeing multi-residential projects to delivery, ensuring seamless coordination with developers, consultants, and internal teams. As a key player in the business, you will also mentor junior architects and contribute to the firm’s continued success.

DUTIES.

• Lead and manage teams to successfully deliver large-scale projects
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and governmental regulations
• Coordinate project workflows from concept through to completion
• Manage financial aspects of projects, including budgeting and timelines

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.

• Strong proficiency in Revit is essential
• Registration is highly desirable
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills
• Demonstrated experience in multi-residential or mixed-use projects
