Working with one of Sydney's leading studios, you will be responsible for the delivery of design focused multi res, apartment, & mixed use projects.

Our Client employs a collaborative and holistic approach to their projects, with specialist teams in design and delivery to ensure quality outcomes.

With a range of mid to large scale multi-residential & mixed use projects underway, they are in need of a delivery focused Architect or Project Leader to take the reins within design development and documentation stages, through delivery to hand-over.

You will be liaising with contractors and builders, so exceptional communication skills, strong coordination, team leadership and technical, hands-on Revit capabilities are essential.

This position will assist Associates and see you attending project meetings on-site to ensure design integrity and functionality is upheld throughout the delivery process. Your technical eye will see you responding to RFI's, resolving issues on-site as they arise and pushing out the Revit documentation packages.

In terms of your personality and character, grit, purpose, and a positive, curious, hardworking, collaborative attitude is most highly sought.

Salary Circa $120,000-150K plus Superannuation.
