About the Role

This role is ideal for a technically proficient professional with extensive experience in producing construction documentation for multi-residential and mixed-use buildings. The successful candidate will play a key role in project delivery, ensuring high standards of technical detailing, documentation, and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and coordinate detailed construction documentation for multi-residential projects.
• Work closely with project teams to ensure technical accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
• Manage and resolve complex design and construction challenges.
• Liaise with consultants, clients, and stakeholders to facilitate seamless project execution.

Key Requirements:

• Proficiency in Revit with a strong technical background in architectural documentation.
• Proven experience working on multi-residential projects in Australia.
• Strong knowledge of construction detailing, BCA, and Australian standards.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team-oriented environment.
• Full working rights in Australia.
