Position: PCA/Enrolled Nurse (EN)
Location: Ballarat
Employment Type: Full-time/Part-time/Casual

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing and personal care to clients with varying needs, including those requiring high-intensity support.
• Administer medications, manage health conditions (including diabetes), and perform clinical assessments, including the care of PEG tubes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and support staff to create and implement individualised care plans.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
• Foster a safe, supportive, and compassionate environment for all clients.

Requirements:

• Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA or experience as a PCA with relevant qualifications.
• Experience in providing nursing or personal care, preferably within the NDIS or disability sector.
• Strong understanding of high-intensity care, including diabetes management and the use of PEG tubes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
