The Role:
We are currently seeking compassionate and motivated Enrolled Nurses (EN's) to join our team in Gold Coast and Tweed Regions. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or further their career in community care or nursing, with a focus on providing high quality care to veterans and their families. This role may include mornings, afternoon, evenings and weekend shifts.
Pay: $38-73 per hour
Primary Purpose: As an Enrolled Nurse (EN), you will practice under the supervision of the Registered Nurse (RN) to provide person-centered care to assist the overall health and well-being of our clients in their homes, with a focus on achieving the best possible health outcomes. Reporting to the Clinical Lead, you will deliver the highest standard of nursing and personal care within your clinical scope to all clients based on their unique and individual needs; making a real difference in their lives.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A Diploma of Nursing
- Current AHPRA Registration
- A current First Aid and CPR certificate
- Experience working in the healthcare/support industry
- A compassionate, kind and caring approach to working with clients and their families
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with good problem-solving and time management skills
- A current driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
