About the role

Healthy Care Solutions is seeking experienced Personal Care Assistants, Enrolled Nurses, Chef's, FSA's and Registered Nurses to join our team in Yarrawonga and Shepparton, Victoria. There are multiple casual position, providing you the flexibility to choose your hours and build a rewarding career in the aged care sector.

What you'll be doing

• Providing compassionate, high-quality personal care to our elderly residents
• Assisting with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, and medication administration
• Monitoring residents' health and communicating any changes to the nursing team
• Collaborating with the multidisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualised care plans
• Maintaining accurate and comprehensive patient records
• Adhering to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

What we're looking for

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or Certificate IV in Ageing Support for Personal Care Assistants
• Enrolled Nurse or Registered Nurse qualification and current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
• Kitchen Staff- experience and qualifications in commercial cookery.
• Demonstrated experience in aged care or a similar healthcare setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassion, empathy, and a genuine commitment to providing exceptional care
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Proficiency in using digital healthcare technologies
