• Provide high-quality nursing care.
• Maintain accurate resident records and documentation.
• Reports all incidents in a timely manner to Care Team Leader.
• Collaborate and Communicate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.
• Commitment to compassionate, Person-centered care.

✅ Requirements:

• Certificate III/IV in Individual Support.
• Experience in aged care preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle preferred.
• NDIS Check.
• Immediate Start.
