Head Chef - The Iron Horse

• $80,000 base salary, plus super, plus bonus

Sitting on Main Road in the main strip of Cardiff is the Iron Horse Inn. We're the perfect place for families to meet for an overdue long lunch, for mates to catch up over a beer and to watch the game, and to celebrate a milestone birthday or special event. We’re everything a local should be and more.

This is a brilliant opportunity to become an Head Chef at the Iron Horse Inn.

What you’ll do:

• Motivate and lead your team to deliver an exceptional guest experience which promotes customer loyalty and contributes to revenue growth
• Bring your passion for good food and creating moments that matter for our guests
• Design and produce top quality food
• Share your exceptional knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
• Be creative - develop and grow the business through your own initiatives

Qualifications

What you’ll need:

• Experience as a Chef in a fast paced environment
• Ability to lead effective teams and build a positive culture
• Operational experience to achieve financial and business targets
• Trade cooking qualifications
• The desire to be part of a fun, productive and professional team
