We're currently seeking skilled Maintenance and Repair Technicians to join our team. Whether you're a seasoned professional or just starting out in the trade, if you're comfortable working with hand and power tools and have a knack for solving problems, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance, detailing, and repair tasks on luxury campers, including power washing, removal, and replacement of parts.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Conduct thorough inspections to identify issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used.

Requirements:

• Comfortable working with hand tools, power tools, and equipment.
• Ability to perform maintenance, detailing, and repair tasks with precision and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of 12-volt systems preferred but not required.
• Any trade experience is welcome; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Flexibility to work full-time or part-time hours, with options for a work-life balance such as four-day work weeks or flexible schedules to accommodate family commitments.
• Willingness to participate in a paid four-hour trial to see if our team is the right fit for you.
