Our Customer Fulfilment Centre (CFC) is the heart of our operations, ensuring orders are processed efficiently and accurately. We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team and help keep our facility running smoothly.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent.

About the Role

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for reviewing, maintaining, and repairing mechanical equipment at our Customer Fulfilment Centre and Head Office, ensuring all systems operate efficiently. Reporting to the CFC Manager, you will play a crucial role in minimising downtime and ensuring a safe and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.
• Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostics to resolve operational issues efficiently.
• Assist in the installation, modification, and upgrading of equipment as required.
• Perform preventative maintenance to reduce breakdown risks and extend equipment life.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and industry regulations.
• Work collaboratively with engineers, contractors, and suppliers to optimise equipment performance.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.

About You

• Technical Expertise – Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions.
• Experience – 12 months of previous experience in a maintenance or engineering position.
• Qualification– Mechanical Engineering qualification at the level of a diploma or higher is preferred.
• Safety-Focused – Knowledge of workplace health and safety (WHS) regulations and best practices.
• Team Player – Ability to work independently and collaborate with a wider team.
