The Role

We are seeking a reliable and friendly Dental Assistant/Receptionist to join our talented team at Mitchelton Dental Centre. This is a casual role, 2 ½ days per week with occasional Saturday mornings.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming patients and providing high quality patient care
• Assisting the dentist with all chairside procedures
• Preparing and restocking treatment rooms
• Sterilization
• Ensuring the practice is clean, organised and presentable at all times
• Maintaining patient confidentiality

What We're Looking For

• Although primarily a chairside role, the ability to process HICAPS transactions and carry out reception duties is an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Previous experience with EXACT software is an advantage- but not essential
• A friendly, positive and professional attitude
