The Workforce Coordinator is responsible for managing HR functions and ensuring compliance checks are completed efficiently, with attention to detail and quality. This role also supports the Finance Coordinator with payroll and NDIS plan management duties.
The primary focus is coordinating end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, providing payroll and finance support, and ensuring new employees receive a positive experience when joining SRS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full onboarding process, ensuring new hires receive clear communication and a supportive experience.
- Assist with payroll processing, ensuring data accuracy, compliance with contracts and support for the Finance team.
- Ensure all new hires meet safety and compliance requirements and maintain accurate employee records.
- Provide ongoing support to new employees, ensuring they are informed, supported and engaged during their onboarding process.
- Contribute to improving recruitment, onboarding, and payroll processes for greater efficiency and alignment with SRS’ goals.
