About the Program CatholicCare NT is a not-for-profit organisation, providing counselling services and programs to individuals, couples, families, children groups, schools, and agencies across the Northern Territory. Administrative staff working for CatholicCare NT facilitate the management of human and material resources that support and enhance CatholicCare NT’s programs, business objectives and initiatives. About the Role The Regional Administration Coordinator is responsible for providing high level of administrative and reception services that include the oversite of the central intake system that support and enhance the effective delivery of CatholicCare NT Programs and ensures efficient execution of tasks and responsibilities to support these programs. This position has a particular focus on direct supervision of the reception and intake team, liaison with staff, Property, Fleet and Maintenance, coordinating matters pertaining to daily operations, building maintenance and resource management, as well direct oversite of the centralised intake system and system. What we are looking for
- Relevant qualification in Office management or Participant Facilitation with administration and data entry experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills including team management, ability to provide calm and support communication to participants and ability to liaise with teams.
- Understanding of data entry and ability to think systematically and logically to meet multiples program requirements
- Demonstrated cultural competency, particularly in working with Indigenous people
