About the Team: This role involves providing administrative support to our Audit team. The Audit Administration team comprises five dedicated members who assist partners and auditors in adding value to our clients' businesses.
The Role: As an Audit Administration team member, your responsibilities include:
- Generating draft documents using the firm's software and document management systems
- Reviewing and formatting large reports prepared by the audit team
- Providing clients with status and industry updates for upcoming Committee meetings
- Scheduling internal and external meetings, appointments, and trainings
- Collaborating with the team to ensure client deliverables are completed
- Organising accommodation for audit team members requiring travel
- Handling reimbursement for team member travel expenses
- Assisting the wider team with various administrative tasks
- Exhibiting strong professional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Serving as a point of contact for clients, providing professional assistance
Note: This role primarily involves email communication with clients and occasional phone calls. There is limited face-to-face client contact.

- Has previous exposure to document control duties/tasks (preferred but not essential)
- Is motivated to learn
