We are currently seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis for an immediate start. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for all around office administrative jobs, managing phone calls, and communicating with clients via email.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and return phone calls in a professional manner.
- All other office admin jobs as manager required.
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
-Ability to work in a multi-lingual and multiculture working conditions.
