We are looking for someone with a passion for customer service and a knack for administration to help them maintain their high standards. Your new role
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Enquiries: Respond to customer enquiries via email, providing timely and accurate information on our products and services.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Customer Care Team Leader and Facilities Coordinator to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Office Maintenance: Unpack the dishwasher, clean the coffee machine, and ensure the office kitchen area is well-maintained.
- Sales Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team of four members, including preparing sales reports, assisting with order processing, and coordinating with the team to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Front-of-House Tasks: Handle small front-of-house tasks such as greeting visitors, managing incoming and outgoing mail, and maintaining a tidy reception area.
- Stock Coordination: Address stock issues by coordinating with the freight company to ensure timely delivery and proper stock levels.
- Credit Card Management: Manage credit card account payments, including tracking expenses and reconciling statements (minor part of the role).
- Customer Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our database, ensuring all interactions are logged and any follow-up actions are tracked.
- Product Knowledge: Answer detailed product and service questions throughout the day, providing customers with expert advice and guidance to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
What you'll need to succeed
Hold valid working rights in Australia with unrestricted working hours.
Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Quick thinking and effective problem-solving skills.
Tech Savviness: Proficient technological skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, Outlook)
