Our clients rely on us to protect their digital assets, and now we need a marketing expert to amplify our voice and grow our audience.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator & Content Creator to help elevate our brand, engage our audience, and drive new business. You’ll be responsible for creating engaging content, managing our social media channels, supporting events, and representing Solution Tech at industry engagements.

This is a part-time role (approximately 2 days per week), with flexible hours and remote working options.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a social media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
• Create and schedule engaging cyber security content, industry insights, and IT-related humor
• Manage community engagement—respond to comments, messages, and grow our following
• Assist in content creation (blogs, newsletters, case studies, podcasts)
• Create Marketing plan and brand campaigns
• Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize engagement and reach
• Support marketing campaigns for upcoming Cyber Security packages and SOC as a Service
• Assist in planning, promoting, and managing industry events, conferences, and webinars
• Represent Solution Tech at events/expo (both online and in-person where applicable)
• Collaborate with our leadership team to refine brand messaging and positioning

About You

• Must be based in Canberra
• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation
• AI marketing tool and prompt engineering experience
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook marketing
• Knowledge of cyber security or tech industry (or a willingness to learn)
• Excellent copywriting and content creation skills
• Creative mindset with an eye for design (Canva, Adobe Suite experience a plus)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Event coordination experience or willingness to take the lead in event marketing
• Experience with email marketing and SEO (bonus)
