Position Overview
We are seeking a Content Creator / Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing engaging marketing materials, managing our online presence, and supporting new business efforts. You will work both in-office and occasionally on building sites to capture real-time content and liaise with project stakeholders. If you are creative, tech-savvy, and have a passion for architecture and design, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Branding:
- Develop visually compelling marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, and social media graphics using the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
- Produce and edit photo and video content on-site for project updates, promotional materials, and social media campaigns.
Digital Marketing & Website Management:
- Maintain and update company website with project highlights, news, and team information.
- Plan, create, and schedule social media content to increase brand awareness and engagement across multiple platforms.
- Analyze metrics to optimize online performance and strategy.
Business Development Support:
- Assist in scheduling and preparing materials for client meetings and networking events.
- Accompany senior staff to meet potential clients and partners, representing the firm professionally.
Collaboration & Coordination:
- Work closely with project managers, architects, and external partners to gather content and ensure brand consistency.
- Coordinate with vendors for printing, photography, and other marketing-related services.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
- Familiarity with AI-based tools for content generation or design enhancements.
- Understanding of social media platforms and website management (WordPress or similar CMS).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese is preferred.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and detail.
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Willingness to visit construction sites for content gathering and client coordination.
- Experience: 1-3 years in marketing, content creation, or a related field (architecture or design background a plus).
